Switchyard makes the small decisions in a Hermes Agent session faster and cheaper, and keeps a record of each one.

Every turn, an AI agent makes small calls: Which skill fits this request? Does "thanks!" really need maximum reasoning effort? Which button on this page should I click? Switchyard hands those questions to Jev, a fast decision model that answers in a few hundred milliseconds. Code in the plugin then acts on the answer within limits you set, and writes a local receipt of what happened.
