Jev in production › Message and ticket triage

Jev Orchestrator

Jev reads each incoming Gmail, Slack, Discord, Typeform or X message through OpenRouter, picks one of six groups and rates FAQ coverage and risk; code rules then let only the matching agent draft a reply. About $0.00003 per message (author).

The README opens with

Jev Orchestrator reads the messages that come in to your business, and it writes the replies.

It connects to Gmail, Typeform, Slack, Discord and X through Composio. A small model reads each message and puts it into one of six groups. Only the group that matches runs an agent, and that agent writes the reply. You read the reply and click send.

Jev is a model from TypeSafe, and it is their first System One model. A System One model makes fast decisions that software can use as they are. It writes no text, so you have nothing to parse.
