The README opens with

Hermes plugin that uses TypeSafe Jev (a System One decision model) via OpenRouter to make typed routing decisions.

- jevroute(state, candidates=None, confidencethreshold=None) — given the current conversation state (and optionally a candidate list), pick the single best-matching skill. Returns the chosen skill name, Jev's confidence, and the full probability distribution so the caller can abstain when confidence is low.

- jevclassify(state, questions, model=None) — generic pass-through to the OpenRouter Decisions API for any other typed judgment (Choice / Noul / Score). Useful for ad-hoc decisions: "is this user request a billing question or a technical one?", "score this code review 0-10 for risk", etc.
