The README opens with

One decision per merge, at swarm scale. An open-source merge gateway for repositories where agents write most of the commits — and the pre-registered benchmark that says what it can and cannot do.

mergeone sits in front of your main branch. For every pull request it asks a small, fast decision model a fixed set of typed questions (does this change logic? weaken tests? need a human? duplicate an open PR?), gets calibrated probabilities back in one ~300 ms call, and turns them into pass / hold / block through a policy file you own. Every verdict is logged with its exact input. It never merges anything itself. One static Go binary; runs as a CI step, a GitHub webhook, or an MCP tool your agent calls before it merges.
