jev-oas-sentinel compares two OpenAPI documents in two layers:

1. deterministic checks find definite structural compatibility problems; 2. TypeSafe Jev evaluates bounded semantic questions about changed descriptions, examples, defaults, retry behavior, ordering, pagination, authorization, and error semantics.
